Are you looking for an experienced Colorado coach? I’m Laura Lollar, founder of Communicate Colorado, a veteran-owned consulting and coaching company near Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have over 25 years experience working with individuals who want to improve their communication, career or leadership skills, raise self-confidence and overcome roadblocks that have kept them from achieving their goals. I have worked with frontline managers, business owners, executives, freelancers, private individuals and those who have been referred by family, a friend or their boss.

I have served coaching clients throughout Colorado and the U.S. We have worked together in-person, via Zoom and by phone. For those who prefer a face-to-face meeting, my office is located in Black Forest, near Colorado Springs.
Here are the specific ways I help my coaching clients:
Those who want help from a communication coach are seeking ways to better improve communication with co-workers, frontline leaders, clients, prospects, family or friends. They may need help with their writing skills or to become a better public speaker. They may struggle to prove their point, state their case, stop rambling, become more persuasive, avoid alienating others and strengthen relationships. Perhaps they are an introvert, so find it difficult to speak up. Or, they may be extroverted and tend to dominate conversations, despite their best intentions. If this is you, then you may want a Communication Coach.
People who seek out a leadership coach want to identify their strengths, increase self-confidence, improve credibility and discover how they can better lead others. They want professional development to help them achieve that next rung on the ladder, be a better fit for their present position or discover ways they can step into a leadership role in the future. They strive for better self-awareness and want to learn the strategies that strong leaders employ. If this is you, then you may want a Leadership Coach.
Career changers or job seekers want a career coach to help them clarify career direction, overcome self-limiting beliefs, discover their personality style and preferred company culture. They want help identifying and quantifying accomplishments to add “proof of performance” to their resume. They may need guidance with interview skills or creating or rewriting their resume. If they’ve had a “challenging” experience in a previous job, they may need help with self-confidence. If this is you, then you may want a Career Coach.

TESTIMONIALS
“My experience with Laura was eye opening. I have not only applied her information in my professional environment but personal as well. Her topics on effective communication put into perspective about perception and how to create effective communication that benefits those involved. She is very patient, very personable and it was very comfortable speaking with her. I recommend her for any aspect that you would need to bridge gaps in any area of business.” —Analyst
“I thought I would update you on how things are going. I did get a promotion to Managing Account Executive. It is a start in the right direction. Thank you for helping me with my self-awareness. I truly believe that I wouldn’t have gotten the promotion except for the fact that I was working with you. My efforts in getting a coach on my own and the things I could point to that you had taught me convinced them to give me the opportunity. Thank you again!” —Managing Account Executive, Insurance Industry
