Laura (Benjamin) Lollar has led customer service consulting projects and facilitated internal and external customer service training for organizations throughout Colorado, the U.S., Germany, Canada and Great Britain. She taught Customer Service to help desk professionals as a part-time instructor for Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs. She is a former Customer Service and Sales Manager who led a team of 400 call center representatives to upsell and cross-sell consumer and business-to-business products which generated almost $1M in revenue on inbound calls. She is also creator of The CARLA Concept™, a gap analysis model that also improves customer and co-worker communication.
